How do the online sessions work?
Everything happens by video on Google Meet. Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive an email with the date, time and the link to join — no apps or accounts required.
How do I pay?
For now, you reserve your place and pay by bank transfer to confirm it. Your spot is held while payment is being confirmed, and your meeting link is sent once it clears. Secure card payment will be added soon.
What's the difference between a group session and a private consultation?
Group sessions are small, themed live discussions where you can learn and ask questions alongside others. A private consultation is a one-to-one video appointment focused entirely on you.
Can I book from outside Jamaica?
Yes. Women's health and pregnancy guidance is available internationally and priced in USD. General medical services (sick leave, certificates, prescriptions) are for patients in Jamaica.
Is my information kept private?
Yes. Only your booking details (name, email and the session you choose) are stored. No medical records are kept on the website, and payments are handled securely outside it. See our Privacy Policy for details.
What if I need to reschedule?
