Nature of the services

For patients outside Jamaica (international): services are limited to health education, counseling, second opinions and general health guidance. They are not a substitute for in-person medical care and do not create a treating physician–patient relationship in your country or state. You should maintain ongoing care with a local healthcare provider, and you are responsible for complying with the telemedicine and healthcare regulations that apply where you live.

For patients in Jamaica: services are general medical telemedicine consultations provided in line with applicable Jamaican guidelines. Prescriptions, certificates and referrals are issued only where clinically appropriate and at the doctor’s discretion.

Not for emergencies

This service is not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing an emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

Booking & payment

Bookings are confirmed once payment is received and verified. Your time slot or seat is held temporarily until then, and your meeting link is sent by email after confirmation.

Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, to use the service for yourself or someone for whom you are responsible, and not to record sessions without consent.
