Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every appointment to be worthwhile. This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling and refunds work.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Email info@dramandajohnson.com with your booking reference.

Cancellations & refunds

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your appointment are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be eligible for a partial refund or a credit toward a future appointment, at the doctor’s discretion.

No-shows

If you miss your appointment without notice, the fee is non-refundable. If a technical issue on our side prevents the session, you will be offered a reschedule or a full refund.

Group sessions & webinars

Seats may be transferred to a future session with 24 hours’ notice. Refunds for group sessions are at the doctor’s discretion.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within a reasonable period after approval. Questions? Email info@dramandajohnson.com.
